Suas obras cont\u00eam instala\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9tricas que criam movimentos e jogos de luzes.<\/p><p>Mudou-se aos quatro anos de idade para a regi\u00e3o onde hoje \u00e9 Israel. Em Tel Aviv, durante sua adolesc\u00eancia, estudou f\u00edsica e mec\u00e2nica numa escola t\u00e9cnica, especializando-se em motores de explos\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Come\u00e7ou seus estudos art\u00edsticos no ateli\u00ea do pintor Haaron Avni. A partir de 1943 come\u00e7ou a ter aulas de pintura, desenho e est\u00e9tica no Instituto Municipal de Arte de Tel Aviv, onde permaneceu at\u00e9 1947. <br \/>Retornou ao Brasil aos 20 anos, indo morar no Rio de Janeiro. Junto dos artistas Ivan Serpa, Lygia Clark, Franz Weissman, Ferreira Gullar e outros, formou o Grupo Frente.<\/p><p>Ao lado do irm\u00e3o, abriu em 1954 a loja Arte Moderna e Decorativa \u201cArteviva\u201d Ltda., onde produzia e vendia os m\u00f3veis de sua cria\u00e7\u00e3o. Produziu m\u00f3veis em madeira e ferro muitas vezes com chapas de vidro decoradas com suas pinturas.<\/p><p>Suas obras est\u00e3o nas cole\u00e7\u00f5es de museus como o de Arte Moderna de Nova York (MoMA) e de Arte Moderna de S\u00e3o Paulo (MAM). <br \/>Morreu aos 92 anos, no Rio de
